Pilot Program Terms

Clausus is currently in a limited pilot phase. By requesting access, you agree to:

• Use the software for evaluation purposes only
• Provide feedback on your experience
• Accept that features and functionality may change
• Understand that support is provided on a best-effort basis

Local-First Operation

Clausus operates on-device by default. You control:

• Which files Clausus can access
• What data is stored in memory
• Whether any data is sent to external services (opt-in only)

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary components
• Use Clausus for illegal or harmful purposes
• Redistribute Clausus without authorization
• Bypass security or access controls

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clausus and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of the software.
